15:00 Extended Working Group: Collaborative Working In Complex Programmes - Commitments, Integration, Relationships And Benefits

This workshop will explore the challenges and benefits of collaborative working in complex programmes, drawing on partnering and alliancing models that draw together the essential parallel processes of commercial agreements, business transformation and relationship management. It will consider:

  • The nature of a complex defence programme business enterprise
  • Source selection and management of partners, alliance members and the supply chain, based on collaborative working processes, relationships and behaviours
  • Relationship management in practice and the development of a Relationship Management Plan

Drawing on case study material, including lessons learned from a number of MOD/Industry programmes, this fully interactive session will enable delegates to understand the essential enablers of effective partnering programmes and to apply these to their own business needs.
